1. About Us

Holiday Feet is a sole trader business selling compression socks and travel accessories online. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Placing an Order

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock or if we are unable to process payment. We will notify you promptly if this is the case and issue a full refund.

A contract between us is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the service selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

5. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing [email protected]. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours, sizes, and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colours exactly as they appear in real life. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

Our compression socks are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. If you have a medical concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holiday Feet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Holiday Feet and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
