Returns & Refund Policy

Summary: You can return any unworn, unused item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. We cover the cost of return postage.
Your Right to Return
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return your items within 14 days of the date you receive them, without giving any reason.
To start a return, notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:
- • Unworn and unused
- • In their original packaging with all tags attached
- • Free from odours, stains, or signs of wear
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of socks that have been worn, unless the item is faulty. If you are unsure, please contact us before returning.
Return Postage
We cover the cost of return postage. Once you've contacted us to initiate a return, we will provide you with a prepaid return label by email.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Please allow a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
We do not offer exchanges or store credit — refunds are to the original payment method only.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the items securely and drop them off using the label provided.
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 14 days.
